Salon Policies

We value your time and our stylists’ dedication to providing the best possible service. To maintain a smooth appointment schedule, please review our policies regarding no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us accommodate all guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% or more of the service price.
  • The fee is based on the deposit paid and may exceed 50% depending on the appointment type.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

Our cancellation and no-show policy is communicated during booking and through appointment reminders sent via text or email. Billing information is securely stored to confirm and protect appointments.

Please note: future appointments may not be rescheduled until any outstanding no-show or late cancellation fees have been resolved.

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our stylists’ time and other guests’ appointments.

If you are unable to reach our coordinators, please leave a message with your appointment change request.


Running Late

We understand that delays can happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late (according to salon time), we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other scheduled guests.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to be late. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, our No-Show & Cancellation Policy may still apply.

While all services are non-refundable, we are committed to ensuring you leave happy with your results. If you are dissatisfied with your cut or color, we are happy to offer a complimentary corrective service.

If there is anything about your service that does not meet your expectations, please contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment. Our team will gladly work with you to make it right and ensure you are pleased with your experience.
